Returns

30-day hassle-free returns and exchanges on all rings. If it's not the right size, we'll exchange it free.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the ring is received and inspected.

Exchanges

• One free exchange is available within the first 30 days of ownership.

• Archer Wade covers shipping both ways for exchanges.

• Exchanges may be made for size adjustments or a different style of equal or lesser value.

• To begin an exchange, contact our customer service team at care@archerwade.com with your order number.

Lifetime Warranty

Archer Wade rings are backed by a free lifetime manufacturing warranty.

Covered:

• Any manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Structural flaws in the metal

  • Defective inlay bonding

  • Misaligned engravings

Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, dents)

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents

• Loss or theft

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations

How it works:

• To make a claim, contact our team at care@archerwade.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

• The defective ring must be returned to us in order to receive a replacement.

• Once approved, a new ring of the same style and size will be sent at no cost.
