Our Promise
Every Archer Wade ring is designed as a modern heirloom — crafted to be worn daily, weathered honestly, and passed down with the story it carries. We stand behind that promise with a Lifetime Warranty on every ring we sell.
If your ring fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it. No expiration. No fine-print countdowns.
What's Covered
This warranty covers the original purchaser, for the lifetime of the ring, against:
- Manufacturing defects in materials, including tungsten carbide, wood inlays, and meteorite detailing
- Failures in craftsmanship, including bonding of inlays, finish irregularities, and structural defects
- Premature wear inconsistent with the durability standards of our materials
- Comfort-fit interior defects affecting wearability
If a covered issue arises, we will repair the ring when possible, or replace it with the same model. If the original model is no longer in production, we will replace it with a current ring of equivalent value from our active collection.
What's Not Covered
Tungsten carbide is one of the hardest materials used in jewelry — but no ring is indestructible. This warranty does not cover:
- Loss or theft of the ring
- Cracks or breakage caused by hard impact (tungsten is scratch-resistant but can fracture under sharp force)
- Damage from chemical exposure, including chlorine, harsh cleaning agents, or industrial solvents
- Cosmetic wear consistent with everyday use, such as light surface marks that develop into the ring's character over time
- Sizing errors when a ring sizer was not used, or when the customer ordered outside our published sizing guidance
- Modifications, repairs, or resizing performed by anyone other than Archer Wade
- Rings purchased secondhand or from unauthorized resellers
Tungsten carbide rings cannot be resized due to the hardness of the material. We recommend using the Archer Wade Ring Sizer before ordering. If your finger size changes significantly over time, contact us — we offer a one-time exchange program for a different size at a reduced fee.
How to Register Your Warranty
Each ring ships with a warranty card and a unique serial number. To activate your Lifetime Warranty:
- Locate the serial number on your warranty card
- Visit the warranty registration page at archerwade.com
- Enter your serial number, order number, and contact information
Registration should be completed within 60 days of delivery. Unregistered rings remain eligible for warranty service with proof of original purchase.
How to Make a Claim
If your ring needs warranty service, reach out to our team through the Contact page at archerwade.com. Please include:
- Your name and order number (or registered serial number)
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the ring showing the defect
We will respond within two business days with next steps. If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the ring for inspection. Repairs and replacements are completed at no cost to you, including return shipping.
